With more than 17 years of experience as owners of an ABA practice, we have continued to refine and expand a thoughtful, family-centered approach that integrates Applied Behavior Analysis with mental health expertise. Grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and informed by a deep understanding of relational and emotional health, Dustin Holcomb and Dr. Jennifer Holcomb specialize in supporting individuals of all ages in Castle Rock, Colorado. IMBW's integrated model recognizes that meaningful progress occurs when behavioral, emotional, and family systems are addressed together.
Our Approach:
Our work is guided by several core elements that have consistently served our learners and their families well:

- Free Initial Meet & Greet
We offer a complimentary meeting with parents and caregivers to answer questions, explain our approach, and ensure we begin this journey with a shared understanding. This allows families to make an informed decision about whether we are the right fit for their needs. - Parent-Driven, Transparent Care
We carefully place staff in your home who share one common goal: to give their very best to clients each and every day. Parents’ hopes, values, and priorities guide the therapeutic process, and transparency is central to all we do. - Respect for Every Question and Concern
All caregiver questions and concerns are valid. Throughout your journey with us, you can expect to be met with genuine respect and a sincere commitment to providing thoughtful, clear answers. - Investment in Our Staff
Exceptional client care begins with well-supported staff. We invest in our team to ensure they remain engaged, present, and equipped to provide the highest quality of care. - Whole-Family Support
We believe successful outcomes require supporting not only the learner, but the family as a whole. To that end, we integrate Dr. Jenn’s expertise in working with families with neurodivergent children and teens into our work, offering added support to parents and family members throughout the intervention process.
Together, we partner with families to create meaningful, sustainable progress—both for our learners and the people who love them.
