WHAT WE DO:

Our treatment involves an integrative framework combining EMDR, Internal Family Systems, CBT, DBT and behavior analysis with psychophysiological therapies—such as neurofeedback, HRV training, and somatic regulation—to treat a range of mental health disorders and enhance optimal performance. This mind-body approach targets both cognitive-emotional processes and nervous system regulation to facilitate deep healing, behavioral change, and peak functioning.

This approach combines:

1. Psychotherapeutic Modalities

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
    • Effective for trauma, PTSD, anxiety disorders.
    • Targets maladaptive memory processing and helps reduce emotional reactivity.
  • IFS (Internal Family Systems)
    • A parts-based therapy useful for complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and performance blocks.
    • Enhances self-awareness and emotional regulation by working with internal “parts.”
  • CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
    • Effective for anxiety, depression, phobias, PTSD, and insomnia.
    • Structured, time-limited therapy focusing on identifying and challenging negative thought patterns.
  • DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)
    • Effective for borderline personality disorder, emotional dysregulation, self-harm, and suicidal ideation.
    • Combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness and acceptance strategies.
  • Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
    • Behaviorally focused approach for understanding and modifying observable behavior.
    • Useful in autism, developmental disorders, and behavior change strategies for performance optimization.

2. Psychophysiological-Based Interventions

  • Neurofeedback and Biofeedback
    • Modulate brainwave activity, heart rate variability (HRV), and autonomic balance.
    • Used for ADHD, anxiety, insomnia, and performance enhancement.
  • Somatic and Polyvagal-Informed Approaches
    • Grounded in nervous system regulation; reduces dysregulation through breathwork, movement, or vagus nerve stimulation.
  • HRV Training & Breathwork
    • Normalize arousal levels, improve stress resilience, and facilitate flow states.

3. Applications

  • Diagnosis' Treated: PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum, and trauma-related disorders.
  • Peak Performance: Athletes, executives, performers—enhancing cognitive flexibility, focus, and recovery.

Additional note:

In addition to the well-established treatment approaches outlined above, we strive to incorporate complementary modalities such as yoga (to enhance somatic awareness), nutrition, and physical activity. Both our personal and professional experiences have shown that exploring these areas as part of a comprehensive treatment plan is essential to achieving lasting wellness.
